What are the requirements to apply for Crisis Assistance?

You must be in a crisis situation to apply. The crisis situation must be resolvable.

You must reside in affordable, permanent Anoka County housing. You must have used 50% of your available income for basic needs.

I am moving into Anoka County.  Can you pay my first months rent?

You must be a legal and current resident of Anoka County. We do not assist clients moving into Anoka County. 

Can you help me pay my damage and security deposit?

Crisis funds cannot be used for damage or security deposits, legal fees, late fees, garage or storage rent.

 
*Applications from clients who are in sanction will be automatically denied.
