- There is no application fee.
- On page 2 of the Household Questionnaire make sure to read and complete the bottom section.
- You do not need to complete page 3 of Household Questionnaire.
- We do not give updates on your application. You will be notified if we need more information or when your application has been reviewed.
- If you don’t have an address, please provide an email.
- Anyone 18 years or older must sign all of the application papers. One application for all applicants 18 and over.
- If there is more than one property available, please indicate on your application what properties you are are applying for. Applications are not saved, so if there is a new vacancy you will need to complete a new application.
- Income requirements vary by property and are not available, we encourage anyone to apply.
- After you have completed the entire application and you have a question someone will be available Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to Noon.
- Do not provide originals. We do not make copies in our office.
