The Anoka County Community Resource Guide was developed to help promote self-sufficiency for residents of Anoka County, MN. Self-sufficiency is being able to provide for yourself and your family without undue hardship. The resources in this book are available to you and your family, but YOU must take the first step.

The Anoka County Resource Guide is available down below. It can be printed in full, or by section. To request a hard copy of the 2022 guide, please call the ACCAP Senior Information Line at (763) 783-4707.
The Anoka County Community Resource Guide was compiled by volunteers and staff of Anoka County Community Action Program, Inc. (ACCAP). As of November 2022, new hard copies of the resource guide are available. The online guide and subsections are updated quarterly. Parties interested in receiving more than one guide will be charged $3 per guide. Single issues of the guide for clients is complimentary.
Criteria for selecting the agencies listed in the directory was based on recommendations from an advisory committee. Information regarding services was provided by the agencies themselves. Inclusion of the agencies and services listed in the Resource Guide is not a recommendation. No verification or evaluation of the services offered by the listed agencies was conducted by ACCAP.
